Conger succeeded Jessica Dean, who is now the senior vice president for development. The Bradley Impact Fund is organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and describes its mission as "To provide funding to organizations that research public policy and educate the public on policy issues." Gabe Conger, a Heritage Foundation alumni, was announced as the incoming President of the Bradley Impact Fund.
The Bradley Foundation is "a cornerstone for the conservative movement in Wisconsin and across America," according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The Bradley Impact Fund is a donor-advised fund "aligned with" the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation that gives grants to right-wing and conservative organizations identified by the Bradley Foundation.
